Details
Openwell is a healthtech venture incubated and co-founded by Jordan Satta, built to reimagine how modern patients access and experience care. It’s a universal health platform designed to unify the fragmented landscape of healthcare — connecting clinical records, labs, wearables, and apps into one intelligent system. Patients gain not only visibility, but agency — with personalized health powered insights and direct access to providers, all in one place. The vision behind Openwell was shaped by lived experience. Across the team, personal encounters with the U.S. healthcare system — including preventable losses of loved ones and care breakdowns — revealed just how deeply fragmented, impersonal, and inefficient it can be. In a country that spends more on healthcare than any other, and yet faces declining life expectancy, continuity and dignity have become the exception rather than the norm. While healthcare is the immediate focus, Openwell reflects a much broader mission: building systems that support human flourishing. This is a real-time application of the same frameworks we use at Humain — strategy, storytelling, human-centered design, and intelligence — applied end-to-end to create not just a product, but a platform built to matter. Today, Openwell is in private beta with real patients, ongoing development, and growing impact. It continues to evolve — grounded in narrative, designed for trust, and built for the next generation standard of care.
